Senior Retail Assistant | Repco Hamilton

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Duty Manager your key focus is to ensure this. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday.

Responsibilities

Ensure each customer has a great experience in store; Provide guidance around products and ensure customers find what they need; Upsell where you can and process the sale at the till; Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store and running shift on Sunday; Always have a safety focus for yourself, teammates and customers; Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers; Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance; Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards; Process stock: receive, dispatch and store; Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

Previous retail and/or customer service experience (ideally); Confident working in a retail/sales environment; Dealing with a variety of customers; Strong communication skills; Excellent phone manner; Team-focused and 'can do' attitude; Passion for customer service
