Senior Software Consultant (Supply Chain Solutions)

We are seeking a Senior Software Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of our innovative supply chain and transportation optimization solutions. This role combines functional consulting with project management responsibilities, requiring a professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and adoption of supply chain and transportation optimization solutions; Partner with clients to understand supply chain, logistics, and transportation requirements; Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders; Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions; Lead assigned functional workstreams; Contribute to detailed project planning; Translate business requirements into solution specifications and support technical configuration, testing, and validation; Assist in system setup, data preparation, UAT, training, and troubleshooting; Apply industry best practices to recommend process improvements; Document business processes and configurations; Support pre-sales activities; Mentor junior consultants

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 4+ years of experience in a functional consulting role, focusing on the implementation of software solutions in supply chain, transportation design, planning, execution, and logistics; Alternative experience working as an expert user of a logistics, transportation, or supply chain network optimization software with significant responsibility for the delivery of the software solution; Demonstrated ability to lead functional project workstreams and engage with customers; Familiarity with supply chain and logistics software solutions; Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills; Experience working with global teams and clients; Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office, with a regular monthly office presence

Nice to have

Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master), or similar disciplines; Experience with SaaS enterprise software delivery in transportation management or network design; Knowledge of advanced technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics, IoT) in supply chain; Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in software projects
