Senior Solutions Consultant

Braze is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for its Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment, servicing the Americas book of business. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, blending the storytelling and sales 'art' with the 'science' of how Braze technology delivers value. The role is a critical team member and technical thought leader, partnering with sales, marketing, security, and product teams, and mentoring Solutions Consultants. The role requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times, and is hybrid.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process; Bring product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to customer conversations; Position new BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, and AI Agents, to sophisticated customers; Act as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, various customer types, and geographic markets; Partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams; Mentor Solutions Consultants on your team; Travel up to 50% at peak times

Requirements

Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success; Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team; Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; Strong follow-up skills; High level of intellectual curiosity; Team player; Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML)
