Senior Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across engineering, product, design and growth as well as some corporate roles. This role reports to the VP People and it viewed as critical to our ability to build a world class organisation. This is your chance to build the teams that will redefine property investment, working at the forefront of PropTech and AI innovation.

Responsibilities

Own the entire lifecycle of hiring across engineering, product, design and growth as well as some corporate roles; Take hiring velocity, execution and impact to the next level; Hire across all levels including executive search; Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs; Partner with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches; Source creatively across channels and experiment with AI-powered recruitment tools; Deliver a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values; Track, analyse, and improve hiring metrics and processes; Scale our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
