Server: Cowboys Club (Private Members Club)

The Server is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items; Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests; Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features; Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs; Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service; Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked; Secures payment for food and beverage orders; Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest; Serves quality food product; Provides outstanding customer service; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age; Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards; Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting; Must be fluent in English; Must be available to work an irregular schedule; Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays; Excellent customer service; Truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization; Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships; Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes new perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly; Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow; Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order; Detail oriented; Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Must have working email to communicate with managers; Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision

Nice to have

Bilingual in Spanish; Must have at least 1 years’ experience in a high-volume club or restaurant.
