Server

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service; Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently; Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner; Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate; Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas; Process guest checks and payments accurately; Communicate guest requests and concerns to the appropriate team members; Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards; Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties as needed

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; Engaging and welcoming personality; Descriptive and can sell; 2-4 years of food service experience; Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests; Excellent communication skills
