Job Description

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of crew members. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.; Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation, deposits, and safe management.; Monitor food preparation, cooking, and holding procedures to ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently met.; Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.; Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.; Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and ordering supplies.; Perform opening and closing duties as required, including equipment setup and breakdown.; Delegate tasks effectively to crew members and ensure timely completion.; Enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to employee conduct and safety.; Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or incidents to management.

Requirements
