Site Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

Searching out potential parcel locker locations and building strategic relationships with large organisations responsible for those spaces (the ‘Hosts’); Checking locations for suitability such as likely footfall, access and parking, ability to connect to services (internet and power) and security and safety; Once a parcel locker location has been identified, reaching a commercial agreement with the Host organisation and coordinating with the Quadient Onboarding team and Quadient installation team to support an efficient, well communicated installation; Negotiating a commercial agreement which might include presenting a contract and negotiating compensation to the Host for use of the site – either per parcel payment or rental payment, and securing planning and/or other permissions; Being main point of contact for a property management team to ensure they are prepared for installation and ready to go live; Responsible for successful post onboarding and ongoing relationship with each Location Host company or body for Lockers by Quadient; Proactively contacting property Host teams to ensure everything is functioning properly for Lockers by Quadient; Reviewing usage dashboard data and creating reports to feedback solution successes to Host management teams and support Quadient Managers with communication to C-Suite management teams; Recording details and actions taken for the account within Salesforce CRM; Communicating and coordinating with Quadient internal departments; Finding ways to create efficiency for the Site Acquisition Manager role and implementing new processes; Creating great Customer Satisfaction that promotes new leads and working with Business Development Manager to deliver new opportunities; Performing other duties as required to support the success of Lockers by Quadient

Requirements

Self-starter & quick learner with a strong desire to work in high energy environment; Ability to think creatively and operate independently; Ability to work cohesively in a team; Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change; Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities; Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce; Eligible to work in the European Union

Nice to have

Background in parcels or retail industry; Tech-savvy; Understanding of eCommerce industry challenges; Salesforce CRM experience
