Software Development

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain industrial software applications supporting manufacturing operations.
- Develop web applications, APIs, backend services, and database solutions using approved development platforms and technologies.
- Implement software enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements for existing applications.

System Integration

- Develop and maintain integrations between manufacturing systems, equipment, databases, MES, ERP, and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement secure data exchange mechanisms and APIs to support business process automation.

Data Engineering & Analytics

- Build and maintain manufacturing data pipelines, datasets, and reporting solutions.
- Develop dashboards and data visualization applications to support operational monitoring and decision making.
- Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.

Application Support

- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for software-related issues.
- Monitor application health, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, and deployment procedures.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through software and data solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency and manufacturing digitalization capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with software development standards, cybersecurity requirements, and digital governance policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.; 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in leadership and project management.; Preferably candidates with hands-on experience in SMT (equipment & processes).; Strong team player with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.; Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.; Proficient in programming (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).; Able to work independently, align with team goals, and lead by example.; Flexible, cost-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
