Responsibilities

Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and predictive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Collect and clean equipment operation data (e.g., PLC, Server, MES, and sensor data); Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify equipment failure patterns and performance degradation trends to support the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM); Develop and apply AI-based tools or scripts for equipment monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection and build and maintain equipment data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tablea); Training of technicians based on business requirements and improves the competence of technician team continuously; Create maintenance (corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance) related work instruction for equipment and maintenance and optimization continuously; BPS activity implementation; Professional problem-solving method (PSS); Other tasks assigned from manager
