Software Engineer - Developer

Your mission will be to design and build core IaaS and PaaS components in order to support the delivery of reliable and sovereign cloud services at scale.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new IaaS/PaaS products from scratch (API, backend, worker services); Add new features to existing cloud products; Improve the testing coverage and resilience of the codebase; Write technical documentation (product usage, APIs); Ensure maintainability and scalability of the code; Participate in the operational “Run” rotations and handle customer-facing incident resolution; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Documentation; Proactively propose new solutions and contribute to architecture discussions; Participate in regular team rituals, including peer reviews and pair programming

Requirements

Curious and methodical, with a strong interest in cloud infrastructure; Initiative-driven and eager to propose and defend technical solutions; Strong team player with a collaborative mindset; Comfortable working in English, especially in writing technical documentation; Willing to continuously share knowledge and improve as a team; Proficient in at least one programming language (preferably Golang, Rust, or Python); Solid understanding of Linux and server administration; Good knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems; Experience with git-based workflows (Gitlab, Github); Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and CI/CD tools
