Position Summary: The Spa Guest Experience Concierge is the primary point of contact at Bayside Spa & Fitness, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role manages reception operations, appointment scheduling, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

Responsibilities

Open and close spa and fitness facilities according to standard procedures; Welcome guests and ensure efficient check-in and check-out; Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments accurately; Recommend services, packages, and retail products; Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, salon, and med spa offerings; Conduct facility tours and assist with guest inquiries; Uphold service standards to deliver a consistently exceptional experience

Requirements

Customer service experience; High school diploma or equivalent; Basic computer and math skills; Strong communication and phone skills; Service-oriented with attention to detail; 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or retail environments; Experience managing guest interactions, scheduling appointments, handling transactions, and promoting services; Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced setting; Professional, polished, and engaging presence; Strong organization and multitasking skills; Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; Collaborative, team-focused mindset; Innovative; Detail Oriented; Enthusiastic

Nice to have

Experience in spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, or wellness environments; Some college
