Spa Pool Attendant

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service; Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform; Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized; Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted; Ensure a safe work environment; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proof of vaccination to the Company (with reasonable accommodation for disability or other protected ground)
