Spa Receptionist (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

As a Spa Receptionist at Arizona Biltmore, you would be responsible for efficient scheduling of spa appointments, checking in and out guests, and assisting with retail sales. This is a full-time position, with shifts between the hours of 8am-7pm.

Responsibilities

Efficient scheduling of spa appointments; Checking in and out guests; Assisting with retail sales; Demonstrate knowledge of proper use of front desk systems including Spa Soft reservations systems, filing systems, sales systems, and guest check-in and check-out procedures; Greet and welcome arriving guests; Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use; Make appointments; Handle spa billing; Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities; Attend and participate in scheduled pre-shift and department meetings; Demonstrate commitment to safety and emergency procedures

Requirements

At least two (2) years customer service experience in a guest facing and upscale environment; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations; Excellent computer and customer service skills; Time management skills; Great attention to detail; Professional in communication and appearance; Accountable and responsible; Flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays

Nice to have

Experience with retail sales and up-selling; Experience using a reservation system such as Book4Time; Spa experience; Luxury hotel / resort experience; Certification, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or related field; CPR Certified; Food Handler Card
