Requirements

Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite in Mission Bay - San Francisco, California or Costa Mesa, California); Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline; 5+ years of professional experience managing CAFM/IWMS database systems (OfficeSpace preferred, or FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview, etc.); Literacy in reading and interpreting floor plans, construction documents, and CAD standards; Strong familiarity with office space measurement and categorization standards (BOMA, OSCRE); High level of comfort and curiosity regarding emerging AI, automation, spatial data APIs, and next-generation space management tech; Exceptional written, verbal, and consultative communication skills; Ability to manage expectation levels with diverse, high-performing tech stakeholders; Comfort working independently in an extremely fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment with limited direction; Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Benefits

401(k) plan with matching company contributions; Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care; Paid parental leave at 100% of salary; Paid Time Off and Company Holidays; Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay
