Responsibilities

Sourcing Raw Materials within the assigned product groups; Establishing and maintaining effective supplier relationships; Negotiating prices, terms and supplier agreements with company’s suppliers; Managing contracts; Evaluating cost analysis from suppliers; Monitoring material stocks and ensuring timely supply of required materials; Coordinating planning and forecasting activities for Kronospan plants and communicating them to suppliers; Processing internal demands and registering purchase orders in company’s ERP system; Tracking order acknowledgements, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, ensuring visibility of potential interruptions, and proposing strategies to handle such situations; Monitoring market trends and communicating relevant updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field; Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-performance business environment in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering or related function. Previous experience in an international environment considered an advantage; Proficiency in English; Strong negotiations skills; Deep interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task; Excellent analytical and reporting skills; High attention to detail; Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently; Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required; Willingness to travel abroad
