Split Case Picking (2nd Shift)

Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills; Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions; Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles; Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills; Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions; Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles; Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required; Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards; Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies; Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed; Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards; Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods; Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety; Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only; Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Nice to have

Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred; Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
