SQL/UKG Developer

Responsibilities

Build SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexes, and T-SQL queries to power enterprise applications and reporting; Enhance UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Dimensions, and UKG Ready by integrating them with ERP, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and other business systems; Convert business and technical requirements into database designs, ETL workflows, and integration solutions that improve data consistency; Deliver SQL Server Agent Jobs, automated processes, SSRS reports, and dashboards that provide accurate workforce and payroll insights; Analyze SQL Server environments, resolve application and database issues, and fine-tune query performance across production workloads; Protect business data through security controls, backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and data reconciliation practices; Connect enterprise applications through REST APIs and Workato workflows to enable secure and reliable data exchange; Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver solutions that meet workforce management and payroll requirements; Contribute to database upgrades, migrations, patch deployments, testing, and release activities across development and production environments; Produce technical documentation, follow development standards, and provide production support to resolve issues within SLA commitments
