Sr. Director, Corporate Marketing & Communications

The Sr. Director, Corporate Marketing & Communications is a senior functional leader responsible for defining and executing Flexential's corporate marketing strategy to accelerate growth, strengthen market leadership, increase brand awareness, support revenue objectives, and enhance corporate reputation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute corporate marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives; Own brand strategy, corporate messaging, communications, PR, social media thought leadership and content strategy; Establish governance, frameworks, processes, and standards used across the marketing organization; Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Real Estate, HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives; Drive marketing investment decisions tied to pipeline, revenue, awareness, and market share goals; Lead reputation management and executive communications initiatives; Build and develop a high-performing corporate marketing organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience; 5+ years leading teams, managers, or matrixed organizations; Experience in data center, cloud, managed services, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or enterprise technology required; Demonstrated success leading brand, communications, social media, and growth-oriented marketing programs; Legal authorization to work in the United States; Residency in a state where the company maintains employment eligibility
