Responsibilities

Utilize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE 9.2) to manage Finance processes including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, budgeting, job cost, project cost, procure to pay, and manufacturing accounting; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient finance and costing operations; Configure and maintain financial systems such as AAI setup, new company, warehouse, or manufacturing facility setups, and DMAAI; Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported in financial integrity reports within JDE; Provide training and support to end-users on JDE Finance functionalities such as month end, year end, and 1099 processing; Analyze data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators; Participate in system upgrades, tools upgrades, and enhancements related to JDE finance, distribution, and manufacturing; Act as primary Subject Matter Expert in 1-2 business functions; Participate in analyzing and designing system solutions and provide guidance to development teams using a standard SDLC model; Develop use cases and contribute a business perspective during design reviews; Apply ITIL-type methodologies to manage functional and technical issues, incidents, and root cause investigations; Design and execute training for customers, help desk personnel, and system developers; Independently manage small projects using the SDLC model; Develop and maintain relationships with business and technical partners and customers; Adhere to PCI SOPs, Health, Safety and Environmental rules, GDPR, GMP, and other regulatory guidelines; Travel domestically and internationally as required (less than 15%); Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2) supporting Finance applications in a global environment with multiple manufacturing and distribution centers and 24/7 operations; Extensive experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Manufacturing Accounting modules of JD Edwards 9.2; Experience with JD Edwards integrations, including troubleshooting, supporting, and testing interfaces between JD Edwards, banking platforms, and other external business applications; Strong knowledge of financial business processes, system development, and process improvement initiatives; Proficient in gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and developing use cases; Experience modeling and mapping current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) financial business processes; Experience with system, integration, and regression testing, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Experience with JD Edwards tools such as Watchlists, E1 Pages, Orchestrations, Form Extensions, and User Defined Objects (UDOs); Experience with Hubble and DAS reporting solutions; Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management and related financial reporting processes; Experience working with financial auditors and supporting internal and external audit activities; Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution of ERP-related initiatives; Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, Finance or related field; 7+ years' experience in ERP operations, support, or application management; 7+ years' experience working with JD Edwards platforms; Industry recognised Continuous Improvement Qualification
