Sr. Product Manager - Core Experience (Remote)

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you'll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You'll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

Lead the core experience at Rula; Make it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care; Dig into data to understand consumer pain points; Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists; Lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products; Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement; Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results; Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences

Nice to have

Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of how to balance and optimize for supply and demand dynamics; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
