优先条件

- 熟悉 DDR、PCIe、USB、MIPI、千兆以太网等高速接口，以及多层板和 SI/PI 设计。
- 熟悉复杂电源树、电流采样、保护电路、BLDC/PMSM 驱动及 FOC 相关硬件。
- 熟悉 EtherCAT、CAN-FD 等工业通信技术。
- 具有 EMC 整改、可靠性失效分析、器件替代、供应商协同或量产问题处理经验。

Responsibilities

负责基于瑞萨 R-Car、RZ、RH850、RA 等系列 SoC、MPU、MCU 的系统板级硬件设计、调试与全流程验证。; 负责机器人控制器、关节控制板、灵巧手控制板及相关硬件系统的架构设计、开发和维护。; 独立完成基于瑞萨 MCU、MPU 或 SoC 的系统板硬件设计与系统测试，并编写硬件设计手册。; 使用 Altium Designer 等工具完成原理图与 PCB 设计，并维护相关设计资料。; 负责编码器、IMU、力矩/触觉传感器、视觉模块、电机及其他机器人执行机构的硬件集成。; 负责工业通信及高速接口硬件设计和联调，包括但不限于：; EtherCAT; CAN/CAN-FD; Ethernet/TSN; USB、PCIe、MIPI; UART、SPI、I2C 等接口; 使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、电子负载等设备进行根因分析和设计改进。

Requirements

电子工程、自动化、通信工程、测控、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历。; 五年以上电子产品或嵌入式硬件研发经验，具备至少一个产品从设计到量产的完整经历。; 掌握数字、模拟和电源电路，能够独立完成原理图设计、板级调试及问题闭环。; 熟悉至少一种 MCU、MPU 或 SoC 平台，以及常见通信、存储、电源和传感器电路。; 熟练使用 Altium Designer 完成原理图设计与 PCB 布局布线。; 熟练使用常用实验室仪器，具备系统化的硬件故障分析和定位能力。; 具备基础 C/C++ 能力，可编写硬件测试程序，或配合 RTOS/Linux 驱动、Device Tree 及板级启动调试。
