Staff Fullstack Software Engineer (Provider)

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. Fullstack at Headway means end-to-end ownership, building reliable abstraction layers over a fragmented healthcare system and translating them into seamless, empathetic user experiences. Work includes therapist practice management, patient and provider engagement, AI-enabled clinical systems, frictionless onboarding, network growth, and technical foundations.

Responsibilities

Building reliable abstraction layers over a fragmented healthcare system; translating them into seamless, empathetic user experiences; building best-in-class therapist practice management tools; building interfaces and APIs for patient and provider engagement; designing AI-enabled clinical systems; building frictionless onboarding tools; owning tools and experiences that expand Headway's network; laying technical foundations; working with a cross-functional leadership team to shape roadmap and technical strategy
