Staff Software Engineer

Due to continued growth, we're confidentially searching for two exceptional engineers, a Staff Engineer and a Sr. Backend Engineer, to help build and evolve powerful software systems that redefine industry standards. Responsibilities

Write clean, robust code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute meaningfully to technical design discussions; Lead design and development efforts for scalable, high-performance backend solutions; Continuously enhance and fine-tune system performance to meet growing user demands; Share your knowledge with peers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

7+ years of backend engineering experience developing high-performance, fault-tolerant services; Proven experience building robust services utilizing relational and non-relational databases; Skilled in architecting and operating distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability, observability, and reliability; Comfortable with various software stacks, cloud-native development, and adaptable to evolving technology environments

Nice to have

Experience with multi-tenancy architectures; Knowledge of security best practices; Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, Kotlin, or Java; Familiarity with GraphQL (required for Sr. Backend Engineer, preferred for Staff Engineer)
