Staff Software Engineer

Our team is responsible for a large-scale and low-latency analytics product. We are working on creating the next generation of the product. Pipeline Development: Build and optimize scalable, end-to-end data pipelines for continuous ingestion, processing, and delivery of streaming data. Kafka or equivalent expertise. Stream Processing: Write complex, in-stream transformations and aggregations using frameworks like Flink or Spark. Database Management: Architect and manage low-latency analytical databases (OLAP) such as ClickHouse, Apache Druid, or Apache Pinot.

Responsibilities

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, or building distributed systems; Proficiency with message brokers and stream processors like Kafka, Spark, or Apache Flink; Strong programming skills in C++, Java or other Object Oriented languages; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience
