Store Manager

Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand fast-fashion destination that provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. We are on the lookout for Ally Fashion's Future Leader to take on the Store Manager position at our Warriewood store.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment with a focus on customer service; drive store financial performance and meet budgets and targets; provide effective training and promote strong leadership; manage daily in-store operations; manage visual merchandising in line with company guidelines; provide expert service and develop product knowledge to train the team; manage store well-being including stock levels; take ownership of health and safety in the store; assist Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, sales achievement, stock, and expense control; recruit, nurture, retain and develop staff into leadership roles

Requirements

Flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade; solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion); high achiever in delivery of performance and sales; strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships; passion for fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills; ambitious and not afraid to take on new challenges; current Australian driver's license; satisfactory police check
