Store Manager - Park Meadows

As Store Manager, you create an exceptional customer experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You lead a high-performing, engaged team and ensure the store operates efficiently. Responsibilities

Create an exceptional customer experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly; Lead a high-performing, engaged team and ensure the store operates efficiently; Collaborate with other stores and departments to solve problems, drive improvements, and set your team up for success; Act as a Rothy’s brand ambassador and enthusiastically bring the mission and values to life; Proactively recruit, hire, onboard and develop a strong store team; Develop team members through in-the-moment feedback, regular floor observations, and consistent 1:1 check-ins; Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and selling from the sales floor; Build customer loyalty through effective clienteling; Drive sales and key performance indicators; Plan and execute in-store events and activations; Manage payroll, staffing, scheduling, and store expenses to meet business goals; Oversee inventory processes including receiving, processing, damages, and stock accuracy

Requirements

Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to fostering a welcoming, service driven environment; Embrace Possibility; Obsess Over Innovation; Make the Planet Proud; Collaboration is Key; 3 - 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience; A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth; Good judgment on key work and core issues; Ability to think critically and exhibit problem-solving skills; Strong skills in coaching, talent development, and building engaged, high-performing teams; Operational expertise, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management; The ability to stand/walk an entire shift; The ability to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs; Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools; Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift; Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak business days (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays), holidays, and evening and opening shifts
