The Field Team establishes connections with members and creates inclusive in-person communities at Studio locations. The Studio Coach is responsible for member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales while working flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum; Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities for on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness; Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing support, tools, or products; Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported; Respond to members' posts with purpose and encourage reflection, learning, problem-solving, and action plans; Welcome new members

Requirements

Social media savvy or content creator; Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one; Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance; Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory; Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule
