Join Reitmans and help shape how our customers experience the brand online.

As our eCommerce Lead, you’ll bring our collections, campaigns and stories to life across our digital storefront — creating an experience that feels fresh, inspiring and easy to shop.

Responsibilities

Bring new collections, campaigns and promotions to life online.; Keep the site fresh, engaging and on-brand.; Partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative on key launches.; Use insights and performance to improve the customer journey.; Spot trends and opportunities to drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements

3+ years of eCommerce or digital retail experience.; A strong fashion and customer mindset.; A great eye for product and digital storytelling.; Organized, collaborative and comfortable moving at retail speed.; Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate and create content for customers across Canada.; Fashion or lifestyle retail experience is a plus.
