Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing

Renesas is seeking a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production and maintenance employees in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.; Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.; Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.; Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and support career growth.; Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.; Support workforce planning, employee performance management, staffing decisions, and training initiatives.; Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.; Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Nice to have

Bachelors' degree; Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience.; Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.; Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
