Responsibilities

Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude; Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with; Following the brand’s guidelines and quality standards on every interaction; Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems; Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

Fluent in Lithuanian, good English; Strong communication and active listening skills; A problem-solving, can-do mindset; Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools; Patience, empathy and a positive attitude; Availability to work in shifts; Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language; Minimum B2 English; Clean criminal record; Valid work permit or European passport
