Supported I/DD Outcome Specialist

KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The position is full time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours), covering Montgomery County, PA. Outcomes Specialists ensure that each individual supported is afforded the same rights and respect as anyone else, and represent, advocate and pursue the individual's dreams, making their voice the loudest heard. Responsibilities

Ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals served in their life decisions; Advocating for the rights of individuals; Overseeing the coordination of services; Offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness; Representing, advocating for and pursuing the dreams of the individual

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field; Minimum two (2) years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation; Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
