Switchboard Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to join our team based in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm. The switchboard operator is at the forefront of our client’s business, setting the precedent for the customer experience! The successful candidate will be required to provide the highest level of customer care to incoming callers. They will personally identify the needs of the caller and redirecting them to the appropriate client contact, ensuring that all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach. The Switchboard Operator must convey a positive attitude and professional first impression whilst promoting and creating culture of service excellence. They will be friendly, articulate, and provide an accurate service whilst remaining security focused.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of customer care to incoming callers; Personally identify the needs of the caller and redirect them to the appropriate client contact; Ensure that all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach; Convey a positive attitude and professional first impression; Promote and create a culture of service excellence; Be friendly, articulate, and provide an accurate service whilst remaining security focused

Requirements

Friendly and passionate candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail; Willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients; Strong organisational and communication skills; Demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks; Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service; Experience of managing a switchboard
