Talent Acquisition and Operations Specialist

Blissway is a startup that simplifies toll collection and dramatically improves highway safety. This role owns the machine that finds, moves, and converts exceptional engineers. It is an individual contributor role that will shape how Blissway hires and works directly with founders and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day recruiting operations across engineering and operations searches (pipeline management, scheduling, candidate communication); Run the Ashby instance day to day (maintain automations, stages, scorecards, reporting, and flag bottlenecks); Track the hiring funnel end to end and run experiments to improve work trial conversion, speed, and candidate quality; Use the candidate profile and screening framework to triage applicants and help sharpen it; Represent Blissway to candidates and manage agency partners

Requirements

Comfortable using or learning Ashby; At least 6 months of hands-on Ashby experience beyond using it as a recruiter (interview plans, automations, reports); Drive and extreme ownership; Clear thinking and ability to prioritize fixes; Clear written and verbal communication; Treats recruiting as a science and makes data-driven decisions; Detail-oriented across many searches, stakeholders, and candidates; Technical foundations with comfort in automations, integrations, and AI tools; Able to work in the Denver office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
