Talent Acquisition Manager - German&English speaker (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

Lead hiring for a wide range of roles, with a focus on industry-specific roles such as Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations), Marketing, Product, and other Corporate/Support functions; Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies with a focus on Germany, with some international exposure; Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business goals and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor; Own end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offers; Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values; Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice; Support improvements to recruitment processes, driving innovation and efficiency; Help reduce agency reliance and optimize time-to-hire; Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver regular recruitment reporting

Requirements

Solid recruitment experience, either from a recruitment agency or in-house, working with niche roles; Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiation at all levels; Fluent English and German communication skills are must have; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment; Experience with (or willingness to get involved in) organizing meet-ups, recruitment events, and other innovative ways of attracting the best talent; A passion for telling the company story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge traditional recruitment methods; First-class interpersonal skills, with a client service-oriented mindset and acute attention to detail; Ability to interact with all levels of the organization; Self-motivated, with a love for working collaboratively; Tenacity and resilience to ride the sometimes unpredictable recruitment rollercoaster

Nice to have

A background in commercial roles and the advertising industry; Technical recruitment experience
