TD Software Test & Support Engineer

Within Airbus Customer Services, 'Tech Data Support & Services' (SID) is in charge of defining, producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services which are necessary for Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft. In this context, airnav X application is the Airbus solution allowing our Customers (internal & external) to browse and manage Airbus Technical Data. The jobholder will be responsible for the validation of the evolutions and defect management of the airnav X applications and related applications (GenEWIS, STDO), and will support the BAO and participate in the support analysis of these applications.

Responsibilities

Validation of the evolutions and defect management of the airnav X applications in its complete ecosystem; Validation of GenEWIS and STDO applications where applicable; Support the BAO and participate in the support analysis of the applications; User Acceptance Test (UAT); Managing the test activities in coordination with the Business Application Owners and other entities; Dataset availability for test campaigns execution; Validation environment test accounts availability when required; Tests execution (Functional tests and non-regression tests); Defects opening and tracking during the test campaign; Update and maintainability of non-regression test-scripts based on application evolution; Participation in relevant meetings along the test and deployment process; Support the BAO on Business Requirements Dossier, Features and Users stories; Contribute to M5 maturity and validate RCS (Request Change Sheet); Prepare the test strategy and test cases

Requirements

Qualified engineer preferably graduate; Customer Services organization knowledge; SGML & XML knowledge; UAT experience; Familiar with Agile methodology; General IT environment know-how & IT development experience; Project management (SDLC & STLC); Well-organized and rigorous; High autonomy; Advanced English; Good coordination and relational skills; Good communication skills, oral and written; Good reporting skills; Proactive mindset; Customer minded
