Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and make sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs smoothly; Make sure the team maintain high standards and that customers are kept happy; Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit; Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence; Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift; Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and deal with any issues as quickly and safely as possible; Be responsible (on a rota basis) for closing down and locking up the pub; Be a role model to the team on giving great service and a warm welcome to every customer

Requirements

Cash handling experience (cash up, safe count, banking etc.); Ability to take responsibility for closing down and locking up the pub on a rota basis; Live within walking distance of the pub or have own transport; Ability to work during holidays (Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays); Great eye for detail; Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift; Positive can-do attitude; Real team player
