Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit; deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence; help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift; make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and that issues are dealt with quickly and safely; lead by example and make sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs smoothly; make sure the team maintain high standards and customers are kept happy

Requirements

Must be 18+; at least 1 year experience in a team leader or similar role; flexible availability, including bank holidays and Christmas; sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls; great eye for detail; ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift; positive can-do attitude; real team player; role model to the team on giving great service
