As Team Leader in the Paint Shop at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the raw car body from the Body Shop is perfectly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the raw car body from the Body Shop is perfectly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest quality standards; Set up, operate, and maintain a highly automated production line equipped with robots; Support your team in executing tasks of the paint shop and step in to take over tasks if necessary; Ensure the training and mentoring of your team members; Ensure production within your area is carried out properly and meets quality standards, achieving set targets; Accountable for continuous and smooth operation of production, prompt and effective resolution of emerging issues; Ensure your team is staffed with necessary number of employees for efficient production; Initiate improvement processes involving your team and oversee their implementation

Requirements

At least a secondary school diploma; at least 3 years of professional experience in leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment; native-level Hungarian; familiarity with process and quality optimization tools; ability to work and communicate effectively in a team; strong commitment to continuous self-development; excellent communication skills; willingness to work in permanent night shift

Nice to have

Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical, or other related field of study
