As Team Leader in the Paint Shop at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the raw car body from the Body Shop is perfectly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain a highly automated production line equipped with robots to ensure required quality; support your team in executing paint shop tasks and step in when necessary; ensure training and mentoring of team members; ensure production is carried out properly and meets quality standards, achieving set targets; ensure continuous and smooth operation of production and prompt resolution of issues; ensure team is staffed with necessary number of employees for efficient production; initiate and oversee process improvement implementations

Requirements

At least a secondary school diploma; at least 3 years of professional experience in leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment; native-level Hungarian; familiarity with process and quality optimization tools; ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a strong commitment to continuous self-development; excellent communication skills; willingness to work in two rotating shifts (06:00 - 15:00, 15:00 – 24:00)

Nice to have

Preferably a technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical, or other related field of study
