Working for Goldfish Swim School will allow you to provide children and families with necessary life skills to combat the ever growing drowning statistics. Whether you are in the pool leading instruction for our swimmers or warmly greeting our members in our tropical lobby as a front desk representative, you are making an impact.

Responsibilities

Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision; Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance to our proprietary curriculum; Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers; Cross-train across multiple roles, including becoming a certified lifeguard; Take on different responsibilities as needed

Requirements

Ability to work with children; Excellent communication and organizational skills; High energy; Strong work ethic; Open and willing to complete lifeguard training and take on different responsibilities as needed; Comfortable with physical demands of 4-6 hour shifts in water or on feet; Comfortable being in water for extended periods while actively teaching and engaging with children
