Technical Engagement Manager

Great healthcare technology requires a bridge between technical solutioning and real-world strategy to drive true value. Komodo Health is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to join us in our mission to reduce the global burden of disease.

Responsibilities

Lead with AI as go-to expert on Komodo's AI capabilities; Own the outcome as primary customer-facing technical resource ensuring delivery milestones are achieved; Serve as customer advocate to internal product teams; Orchestrate internal collaboration between Sales, Delivery, Support, and Product; Operate with precision by establishing technical documentation, roadmap tracking, and system hygiene; Influence change by identifying functional gaps and designing technical bridges; Scope and solution standard and non-standard workflows; Facilitate data conversations with Legal and Compliance teams; Identify opportunities for automation and scalability; Mobilize cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks

Requirements

Strong foundational knowledge in data queries (SQL or similar), database schemas, and data architecture concepts; Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts and proficiency in generative AI tools; Foundational understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, Snowflake data warehousing, and API technologies; Hands-on experience automating data execution tasks and pipelines using Snowflake Tasks, Airflow, or scripting languages; Cross-functional technical communication; Experience managing multiple complex, multi-stakeholder projects; Intellectual curiosity and solutions-oriented problem solving; Motivation to use data to improve patient lives; Collaborative leadership and knowledge sharing
