Technical Lead - Full Stack

Responsibilities

Designing and owning end-to-end system architecture for full stack applications; Leading development across front-end and back-end technologies; Building and deploying production-ready applications using modern frameworks and languages; Designing microservices and modular system architectures; Rapidly developing MVPs and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas; Collaborating cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions; Driving engineering best practices around performance, scalability, and security; Working with cloud platforms and containerized environments; Supporting DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in full stack software development; Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems; Strong system design and architectural skills; Experience across modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies; Solid understanding of cloud computing and microservices architecture; Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Experience with relational and non-relational databases; Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; Java; Node.js; Python; React.js; TypeScript
