Responsibilities

Maintain, register and file in connection with handover documentation (Completion Dossiers, RLMU, ASB documentation); Support Completion team with all documentation processes and preparations; Log, track, and update punch list registers within the completion database, monitoring the movement and sign-off of punches; Track and preserve red-line markups for final as-built turnover; Daily update registers, completion software for documentation submission.; Control and distribution of documents as instructed and ensures superseded versions of documents are segregated from updated versions.; Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

University Level Qualification; IT skills (mainly MS Excel, MS Word & MS Access) including the ability to organize electronic files and folders; 3 to 6 years of experience as QC Document Controller or Technical Office or Technical Supervisor relevant job role; Very good command (written and oral) of the English language; Familiarity with engineering numbering conventions, tag allocation, P&IDs, and vendor manufacturing data.; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume technical records under tight deadlines.
