Responsibilities

Platform bring-up and cloning.; RMA line support for FA, and Final Test of products.; Use hand tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair mechanical and electrical components.; Design, build, test, and provide guidance for development of test fixtures and engineering prototypes.; Provide process feedback to the engineering, service, and training teams.; Assist with developing and updating Service RMA procedures.; Support qualification and validation processes.; Support training of lab team members.; Maintain platform image backup and tools test plan documents.; Other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience with complex electromechanical devices or comparable field; Ability to perform failure analysis and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.; Effective use of troubleshooting and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and custom test platforms; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to variety of technologies that allow effective troubleshooting.; Sense of urgency and multi-tasking is essential to be able to support production line effectively.; Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.; Engineering degree
