Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller I for its Hanes Mall Blvd branch in Winston-Salem, NC. Tellers are often the first people members connect with when they visit a branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted resource for members by providing accurate transaction services, answering questions, and helping connect them with solutions that make banking easier; Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding member service; Engage members in meaningful conversations to better understand their needs and connect them with appropriate products, services, or specialists; Support branch goals by contributing to a welcoming, collaborative, and service-focused environment; Strengthen member relationships while supporting the success of the branch team

Requirements

Experience working directly with customers in a service-focused environment; Experience handling transactions, cash, records, or other activities requiring a high degree of accuracy; Ability to provide professional, friendly, and responsive member service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to accurately process financial transactions and identify discrepancies; Proficiency using computer systems and digital tools; Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail; Ability to follow established procedures, security protocols, and compliance requirements; High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have

One or more years of experience in retail, banking, or financial services; Previous sales or referral experience; Experience working in a cash-handling environment; Familiarity with member relationship management or appointment-setting tools
