Telstra Retail: Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant NORTHPARK

As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards. This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance. Hourly rate: $33.33 per hour. Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age. Penalty rates apply for weekday hours after 6 PM (additional 25%), Saturday hours (25%), Sunday hours (100%) and public holidays (150%).

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services; Be the go-to tech expert by staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services; Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling skills; Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment and achieve store goals; Provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues
