Tow Truck Driver

We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customer vehicles from the pickup location to the branch,; Maintain accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special instructions,; Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation,; Perform general labour duties, including depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks,; Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities,; Provide our customers with outstanding customer service!

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing,; Good driving record,; Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures,; Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions,; Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude,; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
