Trainee, Food & Beverage, Costa Navarino (2027)

In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, develop your skills through training and mentorship, and build a strong foundation in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in training programs, on-the-job learning and departmental orientation sessions; Observe and learn luxury hospitality service standards and operational procedures; Support the Food & Beverage team in daily operations and service preparation activities; Assist Head Waiters and other team members during service periods, ensuring smooth guest experiences; Gain knowledge of menus, products, ingredients, preparation methods and service sequences; Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while developing an understanding of guest needs and expectations; Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP procedures; Demonstrate willingness to learn, receive feedback and continuously improve performance; Contribute positively to teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the department; Progressively assume additional responsibilities based on performance, development and operational needs

Requirements

Strong interest in Hospitality and the Food & Beverage industry; Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences within a luxury environment; Guest-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate guest needs; Genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills and absorb operational knowledge; Positive attitude, professionalism and eagerness to contribute to a team environment; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays; Very good command of English; EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece)
