Transportation Coordinator with fluent Italian

Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to continuously plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL. You will be hired as a coordinator in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. In this position, you will be responsible for managing shipments in day-to-day business and regular operations as well as for customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Managing shipments in day-to-day business and regular operations; Ensuring customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility; Ensuring the smooth operation of daily transportation processes; Achieving and maintaining the quality and performance standards specified by our customers; Technical management of a team in continuous execution of transportation in our customers’ logistics networks; Working in tight coordination with your manager and the project management team; Managing other tasks that correspond to your knowledge and skills in addition to supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics; Ability to quickly prioritize tasks during busy periods while still communicating in a friendly and solution-oriented way; Confident in using IT systems; Strong communication skills in English and Italian; Interest in the field of logistics; Enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
